Last updated: June 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kindspace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kindspace provides AI-assisted reflection tools, including cognitive reframing exercises, journaling, and a community space for sharing reframes and reflections. The Service may include features such as AI-generated suggestions, community likes, saved entries, and progress tracking.
The Service is an evolving product, and features, functionality, and availability may change at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
You may use certain features without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to store your journey, journal entries, and saved reframes, and to participate in the community.
If you choose to provide a display name, it may appear alongside content you share to the community (such as reframes you publish). Providing a name is optional; you may use the Service without one.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- The content you choose to share publicly, including any display name you provide
We are not responsible for any loss of data associated with use without an account (e.g., session-based or device-local usage).
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including journal entries, reframes, community posts, likes, and other materials ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant WebCraft Developers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service. For content you choose to publish to the community (such as community reframes), this license also includes displaying that content to other users of the Service.
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Infringes on intellectual property or other rights
- Contains malicious code or attempts to disrupt the Service
- Targets, identifies, or shares private information about other people without their consent
We may remove or restrict access to User Content at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract underlying models or prompts
- Using the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Using community features to harass, demean, or target other users
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate reframes, prompts, suggestions, and other content.
AI-generated content:
- May be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate
- Does not reflect human judgment or professional evaluation
- Should not be relied upon as a definitive insight into your situation or wellbeing
WebCraft Developers makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of AI-generated content.
8. No Professional Advice
The Service is intended for self-reflection, journaling, and practice purposes only.
It does not provide:
- Medical or mental health advice
- Psychological, counseling, or therapeutic services
- Crisis support or intervention
If you are experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis, you should seek help from a qualified professional or appropriate support service.
9. Community Content and Moderation
Content shared to the community (including reframes you choose to publish and likes you give) is visible to other users of the Service.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Review, remove, or restrict User Content, including community reframes and likes
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Limit access to features
These actions may be taken at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or behavior we consider harmful.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology (excluding User Content), is owned by WebCraft Developers and is protected by applicable laws.
Certain concepts, frameworks, and terminology used in the Service may be inspired by or adapted from third-party works. All rights to such works remain with their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by any such third parties.

11. Third-Party Services
The Service may include integrations or links to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
