3. AI Processing
The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate reframes, prompts, and other suggestions.
To provide these features:
- Your inputs (such as the situation or thought you are reframing, or text you submit for AI assistance) may be sent to AI service providers
- These providers process data on our behalf to generate outputs
We do not use your content to train our own models unless explicitly stated.
4. How Your Content Is Shared
Private content — such as journal entries and reframes you keep to yourself — is used to provide the Service and is not shared with other users.
Content you choose to publish to the community (such as community reframes) is visible to other users of the Service, along with any display name you have chosen to share. Likes you give to community content may be visible as aggregate counts.
We may share data with third-party service providers (such as hosting, analytics, email, and AI providers) solely to operate and improve the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

For users who are not logged in:

We retain your information:
- For as long as your account is active

- Information about other individuals without their consent
Be especially mindful of what you share to the community, as that content is visible to other users.
